I called this company after 4 on a Saturday about a septic tank that was backed up. Brian answered the phone and was on site in less than an hour to pump the tank. He was even able to jet the line that was clogged.

Realizing we had a septic problem at 8pm on a Saturday night, we called Piedmont Septic Solutions. Brian called back promptly, and offered to come out that night. We told him we could wait until the next morning. He was there at 6:50am! Our septic was pumped and repaired quickly. We were well pleased with their service!

I would give more stars if I could! We were in a bind and with it being a holiday weekend alot of places wouldn't come out until Monday. He was super nice and professional and drove over an hour to get to our house. So very thankful and hope to use them in the future should any issues come up!!
